Hi guys could you please take a look at my tune :)

The car is almost stock i just took catalyst and EGR off.

I'm running codeblock2 and the car runs well but i feel it can run much better ;)

Any advice on what should i change?

Thank You!

Your abusing the poor car :D, yet its you need to fine tune it better, you request 70mg from torque yet smoke limiter vs map limits you at some rpm's to 60, anywat thay sholdnt be a problem since you have the it calibrated up to 60mg. SOI adjustements should help!

I made some changes on Smoke Limiter and Injector duration, how does it look?

Thanks

Not wanting to sound rude but before you destroy your engine, throw away these maps and start over. You are trying to increase all of your numbers by way too much, including the duration you have just altered. Intrestingly you have not altered your SOI to suit so you will likely cause turbo damage. To elaborate, your selector for duration map says that at 24 degrees SOI it will use duration map 0, if we take a random point on this map, say 4000rpm and an injected quantity of 55mg/st, it will have a duration of 36.6 degrees. Going back to your SOI map, at 4000 rpm and 50mg/st (which will be used as it is the highest axis), you have an SOI of 25 degrees.
36.6 - 25=11.6. Your end of injection will be occuring at 11.6 degrees after top dead centre. compare this with you standard map and you have 30.5-25=5.5, it ends injection at 5.5 degrees after TDC.
Approaching 10 degrees after TDC is asking for massive exhaust gas temperatures if you ask me and your is even later, that coupled with the overall excessive nature of your map will probably destroy your turbo on your first longish flat out run.
Go back to basics, factor in a mg/st amount that will give you around 100hp possibly a tiny bit more at around 3900rpm, make a map based on that and I'm sure others will help you fine tune the details. You cant just double the figures and expect good results.
You car will not make the calculated output in any case because the SOI and duration will not allow it to inject your requested quantity. Your standard maps smoke limiter has some numbers that may well indicate some sensible maximums in this case just to give you an idea of how you might modify your torque maps.
SOI and duration mods come next but I doubt many will give sensible answers until you produce a sensible map...... ;)

No probs, just in case you dont know your car (selector for duration map)selects it duration maps like this:-
if your SOI is:- 2 degrees or less it uses duration map 5
5 degrees or less it uses duration map 4
8 degrees or less it uses duration map 3
13 degrees or less it uses duration map 2
22 degrees or less it uses duration map 1
24 degrees or less it uses duration map 0

Note when i say less I just mean down to the next heading so 24 down to 22, 22 down to 13 etc etc. As you can see the lower maps (3,4,5) are only for low soi and low requested mg/st so dont normally need to be touched when tuning for more power.....

Oh and I used to think the numbers across the bottom of this map were RPM but they are not, I believe they represent are formula so there is not actually a sudden switch between maps but a gradual switch. The numbers may even be in milliseconds, maybe an expert can help here? :?:
