I'm not sure if the smoke map is referenced when starting\cranking, but on the starting map you have found, anything under 600rpm will take the 600rpm value, i.e 200rpm will use the 600rpm value.

If smoke and torque limiter are referenced during startup, then yes there will be 0 IQ. I dont think they are though, as you would need quite a fast starter motor to spin the engine at 450rpm when cranking!

Can you post the picture of your injection duration map from latest tune version xxx,
i am curious about something, it is hard to follow all the posts and all your versions :) and it is quicker for me to see the picture than open a bin every time...

X = Injected Quantity in mm3
Y = Rail Pressure in bar
Z = injector opening time in uS

OK your lazy cranking is not related to your modification in injection duration map.
That's what I wanted to see.

Cranking was lazy before starting to remap...
I bet you tought I deleted 120mm3 column to make space for more IQ :D
