From the DW, the pedal REQUESTS an amount of torque(Nm)
From there, depending on your RPM, it converts the torque amount you requested, to an amount of fuel required to achieve the power.
Then, depending on the lambda (smoke map), which looks up air pressure against RMP, it may limit it some more.
Most maps are fuelled up to approx. 40mm3, as the limiters will cut back the requests.
Hence the easyish stage 1 remap, which increases the limits and requests.
I still don't know how my map rates, but it certainly drives better than stock.
Base your remap below the 300Nm/55IQ, as your clutch will give out well before that if you drive hard.
Look at what companys offer as a baseline to achieve, it should be from 90bhp/161lb(218Nm), to 115bhp/192lb(260Nm)
At least this way, you know a safe limit, otherwise they shouldn't be selling it.
