railP - 72c3c, 72c3e, 72c7e, 72c80, 72da2
79d4c - rP=f(IQ:rpm)
71B1F -Key switch EGR, 00-off.

OMG! How can be such high fuel temperature???

railP - all this values are limiters, and all of them I should increase to 14500?

79d4c - this map, is this limiter map or request map? It looks like limiter map to me.

71b1f - if I put 0 here, what is the difference to ecu calculations? Currently my EGR is off by blocking plate and by EGR air quantity map.

Sorry, did not look carefully thought T water.
According to the EGR can disable the solenoid and not errors. )

Best to do is diag log after changing somthing. Smole change than diagnostic log , smole change than diagnostic log.

I didn't mean to get values from charts; I mean just to check values with looking to charts to see how this looks like. And I think that stock duration values at columns higher than 60 are not OK. They rise to quickly for same amount of IQ than below 60.
And when looking just at mechanical and fluid characteristics...with same pressure, quantity of injection is function of duration. So it has to be almost linear, and with more IQ and duration linearity should be more and more precise. With low IQ and duration there is affect of delay in injector opening...but as duration and IQ rises, that effect is less and less important. So I do not see reason why after IQ=60 duration values no longer raise with same rate, but with higher rate. More logical would be that raise is with lower rate, as delay in injector opening has lower and lower effect on IQ.
But this is only my opinion...

Strange, because I don't have any errors regarding EGR. I don't have any errors :)

So, I have done some modifications; corrected duration by "my logic", increased railP (and associated limiters like Deman said), adjusted SOI for IQ>50mm^3 (because of increasing railP) to achieve same EOI as before, and also adjusted SOI for IQ>60 to achieve same EOI like at IQ=60.

For economy, I adjusted SOI up to 2 degrees earlier around 2000 RPM and IQ<=30.

Also, switched off EGR by EGR bit (if this is correct address), but leaving EGR map stock.

Hmm...acctualy, in this address is first value (500) of this axe (8x1) description:
51084 8 500 1000 1500 2000 2500 3000 4000 5000

So I don't think that is EGR off switch. In my research of others mappacks and my hexdump I conclude that this EGR off switch could be at 71B55.

:?
)) I'm sorry, again looked at her, and you have the key 71B55 90% ))

729сс - RPC max. CR press. threshold for system monitoring. Should be higher than the other values mRPC, like. Since its original value of 1450 and other 1350

I will go without EGR off, only modify EGR MAF map, like I have now on car and there is no any errors in ECU.

729сс - modified to 1500, that should be OK.

I have been looking at this tune here: http://www.ecuedit.com/plz-rate-my-tune-ar-147-1-9-jtd-115-t5160

It is same engine, but it have I think newer ECU software. And person that tune that ECU also provided map pack, so I found some additional locations that he modified. Don't know is this also need to be tuned.

In my ECU this locations are:
78DBE - (map 16x16, all same values = 6000) - he marked this as smoke limitation, and increased this to 7700, all values
779F8 - value 1980 - he marked this as SVBL
7846E and 78470 - he marked this as MaxIQ

This does not make sense to me. Is he wrong?

And comment for mladenke; in his ECU there is better stock duration map than in mine. Values for steps between 50, 60 and 70 are very close to each other...not like in mine ECU. But most of other values in map are same...strange job for Italians engineers :)

And one more thing...I found at 738D6 inverse duration map; IQ as f(duration, railP); so with interpolation in this map I checked my own calculated values for duration map...and it seems that I'm preety close; when I use duration in my map for 80mm^3, and do interpolation for that value in this map at 738D6...I got 81mm^3 as result...so it is very, very close :)

I think that Italians were in hurry for weekend when programming software for my ECU, so they just calculated IQ up to 60 and other values that stock car will never use just copied from some other ECU :)))
There are also some missing maps or very reduced (like 2x2 maps) comparing to this other ECU maps from same engine but newer car...just like I said...they were in hurry :)
