Some questions, Alfa 159 1.9 JTDM,

Hi,

Last year I almost finished the project for my car and went to a proper tuner. Car gave me 262HP 550Nm torque. But He cannot go beyond 200km/h. But I found a guy who can read the file for me. And started to learn EDC16 tuning since then.

Car setup is this :

Totally new design 72mm Inlet - Billet Intake Manifold
304 - Billet Exhaust Manifold
GTB2060VKLR with Billet GTX - GEN II Intake Wheel
N75 to Hella Controller PWM frequency converter
70mm Downpipe with Fake DPF/Mid Silencer + 2 Back Resonator.
Water 2 Air Intercooler 22cm x 15cm x 15cm
New 0110 445 308 Injector from 2.4 JTDM %8 More IQ than 243 standard Injectors
DPF, EGR, Swirl Valves, Throttle Body completely deleted mechanically and from software

I did the 4 Bar TMAP sensor calibration by myself. He did not know how to do it.

I want to ask some questions about the tuning.

I have the 2.4Lt 80mm MAF. And I want to use it. I have the 2.4Lt file also. I can copy paste the data from map. And is that it? How can I use the 80mm MAF ?
How Should I tune the IQ for the new injectors? Is there anyway ?

Those are the main questions that I have right now.

Try turning off the chip with MAF. the machine will travel according to the calculated data of the boost.

But i want to use it. Almost all the people that i met before suggesting that. Maybe 3 people suggested me to cancel the maf.

for injectors- copy Duration map from 2.4 JTDM
for MAF - copy MAF linearisation map from 2.4 JTDM then extend axis in smoke by MAF map

Q1 : For the iq. Is this possible. A friend of mine told me 2.4lt quantities is for 5 stoke. Because 2.4lt is 5 cylinder. And 1.9lt is 4 stoke / cylinder. We have to make some calculations...

Q2: Can i copy pilot, pre or other injection tables?

Goodmorning.

I have the GTB2060VKLR from 350CDI, and the electirical actuator still running with the turbo. Do you think the VNT map from a 350CDI would help me to set the proper boost levels with it? Can you share me one. I have the 350CDI ecu file but I don't have damos nor mappack for it. And very little knowledge of EDC17 ecus?

About injectors - all calculations are done per one cylinder so it doesn't matter if its 3,4,5 or 12 cylinder engine

About n75 - do some logs and adjust n75 map, although with different turbo it might not be enough, you may have to alter PID

I copy the "raw value of the air mass provided by the HFM6 sensor" map from 2.4Lt .. I have 57x1 size. And it has I think 32x1, I can copy and first 32 word. And what about the rest ? fill it with 0 ? or ...
