Last year I almost finished the project for my car and went to a proper tuner. Car gave me 262HP 550Nm torque. But He cannot go beyond 200km/h. But I found a guy who can read the file for me. And started to learn EDC16 tuning since then.
Car setup is this :
Totally new design 72mm Inlet - Billet Intake Manifold
304 - Billet Exhaust Manifold
GTB2060VKLR with Billet GTX - GEN II Intake Wheel
N75 to Hella Controller PWM frequency converter
70mm Downpipe with Fake DPF/Mid Silencer + 2 Back Resonator.
Water 2 Air Intercooler 22cm x 15cm x 15cm
New 0110 445 308 Injector from 2.4 JTDM %8 More IQ than 243 standard Injectors
DPF, EGR, Swirl Valves, Throttle Body completely deleted mechanically and from software
I did the 4 Bar TMAP sensor calibration by myself. He did not know how to do it.
I want to ask some questions about the tuning.
I have the 2.4Lt 80mm MAF. And I want to use it. I have the 2.4Lt file also. I can copy paste the data from map. And is that it? How can I use the 80mm MAF ?
How Should I tune the IQ for the new injectors? Is there anyway ?
Those are the main questions that I have right now.
